Dess started his musical journey by writing lyrics for various artists but soon incorporated music arrengmet to his Song writing abilities which have allowed him to be part of multiple works with various artists.

Apart from marveling over the creatively articulated lyrics “Tiz Alegn” and “Leba” on Jano band’s second album. Dess’s talents can be further seen in projects like “Ayzon” that involved Betty G, Teref Kassahun, Micky Hasset including but not limited to
Teref Kassahun’s “Mare” and “Teyzalehu”
Hanny spice’s “Fikir Tewelign”,
Liya Giram’s “Gude”
Emenet Gezahegn’s “Yene New”
and Surafel Solomon’s “Wanaye” to mention a few. 

Dess has also released two critically acclaimed Ep’s titled “Meqoya” and “Efta” and appeared as a featuring artist and Song Writter on Zeleke Gessese and Merewa choir’s colaboraration “selam”,  MickyHasset “Loterry” he has also featured on Chelina’s “Amnalehu”.
